Mission: TILI Ok exists to develop instructional leadership capacity in Oklahoma schools.

 

Vision: TILI seeks to place Instructional Leadership Coordinators in public school districts to...

• Create and maintain Oklahoma Teacher Empowerment Programs that truly benefit schools and retain irreplaceable educators.

• Provide higher level professional development opportunities for experienced teachers, instructional coaches, curriculum leaders, and administrators through Instructional Leadership Summit Communities.

 

Values: Oklahoma students deserve great schools, and great schools don’t exist without well equipped instructional leaders. With increasing numbers of inexperienced teachers in the workforce, many districts must pour the majority of their limited funds into training and retaining their newest teachers. Though TILI believes that this investment is vital, we also recognize that Oklahoma schools cannot thrive without the irreplaceable instructional leaders that bring experience and vision to their roles. TILI exists to build up those leaders so that they can continue to drive success in their schools.

 

25-26 School Year Goal:

TILI seeks to place Instructional Leadership Coordinators in 3 to 6 districts, creating robust professional development communities for Oklahoma instructional leaders and reducing the burden of OTEP coordination for each member district.
